Our challenge was to strengthen internal communications and employee engagement considering limited resources and a distributed workforce of over 20,000 employees across the country—many of which who work customer-facing positions with irregular hours and limited online access.

We began with deploying an in-depth discovery process, including an all-employee internal communications survey, leader and key stakeholder interviews. The comprehensive strategy session with cross-functional team members also helped us uncover the most pressing concerns of our internal audiences. 

With our findings, we were able to help the team hone in on communication priorities for the year and deliver a communications plan that included strategic and tactical recommendations to improve existing channels. Today, the team is busy implementing new bold tactics and programs that continue to drive a more engaging employee experience.
